So first of all, I don’t think your work experience is necessarily a disadvantage. It seems like you have done some good things. You have good grades, and a great GMAT, which is a good start.

Stanford might be a bit tough, because it is tough for everyone, but INSEAD should be possible. And in general, Top15/Top20 schools should be within range.

To know more, I would have to hear more about you, and get detail about your work and your studies.

你是想写一年的Gap吗，否则通不过背景调查呀。5年三份我觉得能合理解释的话，还好啊。

INSEAD比较实际，不过INSEAD喜欢成熟一点儿的，毕竟项目时间短。
GMAT和GPA，NTU都是one of many applicants的配置，没啥优势也没啥劣势。
虽然没有Management Experience，但是headhunter一定有strong soft skills，不然你你怎么manage candidate? 而且你可以突出自己的优势贡献学校，协助career management center帮助peers mock interview，用你的local connection帮忙同学pitch targeting firm HR啊等等。让学校觉得录了你等于赚了一个part-time recruiting consultant.
工作经验杂是Headhunter的特点，不然你怎么快速理解千奇百怪的JD, 怎么快速准确的qualify candidate?
其实，headhunter firm还有个优点就是同事的background一定非常diversified，这跟MBA cohort mixture是很相似的，也就是说compared to others, you have a better chance to strive in such environment, because you experienced in your most recent job.
其实，申请每个人手里的牌差不多，看你怎么说。
