新增介绍:  Personal leadership development Your personal leadership development focuses on understanding and developing your capacity for authentic and responsible leadership, enhancing your self- awareness, identifying your strengths, and learning how to lead teams.

Key elements include:

• Preparing a Personal and Professional Identity Narrative (PPIN) – a detailed autobiography that kicks off your subsequent learning journey (approximately 100+ hours of writing and reflecting over the course of the year)

As part of their Discovery Expeditions our current class of MBA participants will be in three destinations across the globe simultaneously - UAE/Singapore, Shanghai/Tokyo and Monterrey/San Francisco.

In Shanghai 30 MBAs from the class of 2017 will present a selection of presentations from the Navigating the Future 2017 Conference that took place on June 22nd and 23rd at IMD.
They will focus on adjustments in business models, changing regional agendas and pressing global challenges. Issues to be covered include, among others, achieving sustainable energy, debating the limits to automation, national adjustments to the resource curse, populism in the Americas, challenges to Middle Eastern economies and democracies, ensuring education when governments and markets do not deliver.
