by the way, pls differentiate the distinct role, responsibity and accomplishments between your different position. The same words "Conducted researches of China IT Industry" but no other infromation in two different position just bring nothing but confusion.

Also I think it will be better if you can show the upward trend of the bigger R&R after each promotion in details.

one page resume is not only a brief record of your past W/E but also a place where you show your achievements and accomplishments. Pls more focus on your outstanding result and use number to quantify it.

delete useless information and provide more information in ur job

way too short on the professional experience, each job needs to have full paragraphs of responsibilities and accomplishments to stand out.  

Here is an example from google:

Edited monthly journal, The Industrialist, for trade association members. Oversaw complete relaunch of publication with updated editorial focus, layout, design, and editorial departments.




Managed public communications division. Improved profile of Federation by liaising with print and broadcast journalists and arranging interviews with Federation members on controversial business and trade issues. also, titles are not correct, there are no such things as Vice Chief Editor or bachelor of Department.
