MBA申请求定位 (GPA 2.2但GMAT780)

我现在想要申请美国的MBA，但是不知道应该给自己如何定位。我的情况如下。
24歲(1991年次)
學歷:
2007 – 2011 :         香港專業教育學院 – Higher Diploma of Business Analysis
2013 – 2015 : Coventry University - BA (Hons) Business Administration – 換算GPA :2.2 – 2.4
GPA低的原因 : 2014年父母離婚, 外祖父逝世, 需照顧小6年的弟弟, 在各種壓力下身體不好, 有4個科目sick leave, 學校policy 下, 重考只能40分。GMAT : 780 TOEFL : 110
工作背景：
2011 – 2014(2年半) : 國際Market Research公司- Nielsen - Data Acquisition Coordinator
2014 – 現在(2年半) : 香港電訊公司SmarTone(香港上市，現在市值:135億港幣) – Senior Marketing Executive(2014年入職Marketing Executive, 今年晉升)
其他背景：
2015 – 現在 : 營運一個網站, 主要是網上購物和分享網購優惠。1年Revenue : 25萬美金2015年，香港統計學會會員
2015年，香港市務學會會員
有一系列的google adwords certificate 和microsoft certificate 的bing ads Accredited Professional
目标：
想要申请美国的顶级的MBA
方向 :创业学和市场营销

不知道自己能不能申到好学校呢，因为本科背景不好，工作也没去过很大的公司.

先take P&G會有優勢嗎，現在和上任的直屬上司，一個是standford mba ,一個是harvard mba, 這2封referal letter有幫助？

Great to hear from you!
So  first of all congratulations on those AMAZING test scores. You have obviously been working real hard! And the test scores are the payoff. I think you can do what you are aiming to, i.e. reach your goal to join a bigger company at a managerial position through an MBA. It’s true that your grades will make things more difficult at Top 10 schools, but you DO have your amazing GMAT, and if you can tell the story right about the reason for your poor grades, it can help as well.

So don’t worry! Just start planning your application, and make a logical and strategic school target list and you will fine!
