TOEFL中的定语从句省略是不是很多？

英文中很多定语都后置，也许是历史上受拉丁语和斯堪的那维亚语的影响。

and 不一定非要连句子,题目中前后有两个is,两个谓语是不能在没有连词的情况下同时存在的,所以选IS

ＡＬＳＯ是副词，不可以连接句子
