申请学校的essay问了这样一个问题，感觉很抽象，完全不知怎么回答，求大神指点。

对 应该是正直~~我想集体利益大于个人利益应该也是正直的一方面吧~

Hello there,
So a good place to start is to start with the PAST.. Give one or two example of how you ALREADY upheld these in the past. And THEN you can SHOW specifically how you will do so in the FUTURE. The trick is to NOT be abstract!!!! But concrete.
