Application timeline

October 1 - application opens

November 15 - early application deadline. You may apply by this deadline if you have all the complete documents and test results ready by that date. We will start assessing the applications and if your candidacy is selected you will receive the decision from us by the end of December.

January 15 - application deadline. Your complete application should include all the required information, documentation and test results.

The following application materials are required:

Bachelor degree
​

GMAT or GRE
GMAT (total score) of 600 or more.
GRE score (quantitative) of 155 or more.
For both formats the recommended score for Analytical Writing part - in the range of 4.5-5.0 or higher.​

Proficiency in English
IELTS Academic score at least 7
TOEFL iBT total score at least 100

English language test exemptions (ONLY THESE CASES):
English as native language
Bachelor’s degree from a program conducted completely in English
Qualifications “English B” from Swedish upper secondary school (ONLY Swedish schools).

Motivation & supporting attachments
Relevant work experience and extracurricular activities may be taken into account.

HOW TO REPORT SCORES?

Report your test scores directly to us via your test center or order online. You can use the following codes to find easily our programs:

IELTS Stockholm School of Economics

GRE 6213

GMAT (if is enough to send to one program):

MFV-98-23 MSc in Business & Management, sp. in Management

MFV-98-72 MSc in Business & Management, sp. in Marketing and Media Management

MFV-98-02 MSc in Accounting and Financial Management

MFV-98-26 MSc in Finance

MFV-98-12 MSc in Economics

MFV-98-44 MSc in International Business

TIPS: We recommend to use the same e-mail address for signing up for your tests and our application platform, it will help to avoid the mistakes of matching the scores with your application. Also pay attention to how you spell your name, especially if it contains specific characters (ß, Ü, and etc).

额好吧。。。我还准备申请隆德还有乌普萨拉。。。但愿能录取吧

感觉很难，SSE PhD接的人基本也都是名校硕士，你目前背景机会也不大，而且本科这个GPA想在一个竞争激烈的硕士有特别出色的表现，不现实，看看其他学校吧，用好工作经历的优势不至于没学上

在银行工作6年了，本科985大学，但是均分才72.4。雅思一战6.5（听力7.5阅读7写作5.5口语6）。想申请金融或者经济一类。还有希望吗？如果去刷一个硕士再来申请SSE的金融博士还有可能吗？

楼主您好，作为一个已经工作3年多的大龄考生也想读master,不知道去SSE读金融的同学有工作这么久的么 （sad）？ 如果有毕业了和应届生是一样对待么？ 哎年龄大机会成本就比较大了。。说下背景吧 本科非211某财经院校会计专业ACCA方向  毕业后某big four金融组制造业都有过经验 有ACCA CPA...英语很烂。。大学时候雅思只考了6分。。

上面已经有了，如果课够，直接申请；如果不够，试试mgmt，或者申其他学校。实习没法完全弥补课程的缺失

同GMAT 4分，之前跟admin office的人联系过，不一定非要4分以上
