新G issue 12 求指导~！

还有不到两个星期，Argument写了10几篇感觉还行，时间估计再练练也差不多了，可是issue很虚，总感觉时间会不够，写了5篇，前面几篇都是1个小时以上，昨天和今天的都是40-50分钟，求指导啊~

Governments should offer a free university education to any student who has been admitted to a university but who cannot afford the tuition.

The speaker claims that those students who have been admitted to a university but who cannot afford the tuition should be provided a free university education by governments. While a specific limitation, in my opinion, should be added to this measure, I strongly agree with the speaker's claim.

First of all, to offer a free university education to those poor students is to help them change their lives and realize their dreams. Students who have studied hard before going to university have already paid so much that if they fail to enter the university because of the economy problem, they might be very disappointed. Take a common phenomenon in China as an example: there are a great many hardworking teenagers who were born in remote areas. But they usually cease their education after being admitted by a university since the tuition is such a burden for their family that they cannot afford, thus they are always forced to discard their ambitions. Since this measure of offer free university education can benefit poor but ambitious students, it is necessary to implement the measure.

Moreover, providing a free university education to the poor students is also in favor of the society. If some students who have great gifts fail to receive the higher education, they might not be able to fully tap their talents---let alone contribute to the society. Since those poor students often own a characteristic of diligent, which is necessary to be a talents, it is important for the government to cultivate them so as to move forward the society. After all, the most precious treasure in today's society is talents.

However, in order to make this measure efficient, several limitations should be attached to it. It is common sense that people do not cherish things that are free of charge so that certain students who are provided the free education might not performance well. To avoid such situation, those assisted students should be asked to continue work hard in their further education and the government will cease to assist them otherwise since the tuition of university is not a small disbursement.

In a nutshell, offering a free university education for students who cannot afford the tuition is certainly a brilliant action for the government. And it can be a win-win strategy for both individuals and society. Nevertheless, several restrictions should be added to guarantee the effect of the policy.

我觉得可以从下面三点着手：
１．必要性和重要作用，就是你的第一点
２．可能的困难和不利，一方面国家有木有足够资金支持，另一方面这种免费会滋生懒惰
３．改进方案，引入社会资金捐助，设立奖学金制度
