楼主9.1G，真心着急啊上火啊现在。。尤其作文，匆匆过了遍提纲，还有题不太会写。。。这是最近两天半限时练的一篇issue,发上来就是想求各位大神帮忙看看，我通篇只用了一个例子这样能说清问题吗。。。。。还是说我分析的还是不够细不够深啊。。。求拍，尽量拍。。。先发一篇。。。其实还有好多篇羞设拙作需要大家看看。。。跪谢各位啊！！！RP都会爆发的，你们懂的！！！


Government officials should rely on their own judgment rather than unquestioningly carry out the will of the people they serve.



When government officials should make decisions, they need to follow their own judgment or listen to the will of the people in this nation? Actually I think, both of the two sides should be taken into consideration. In the short-term, the people’s suggestion seems to be more important than leaders’ own thinking; however, in the long-term, governors should be based on their plans.




As a leader of the whole country, it is undoubtedly that government officials must place emphasis on their people, since their supports are helpful and, their oppositions can overthrow the rules. On one hand, when a government is planning to take effect, the leader needs to put the democracy in the first place. Just as the Declaration of Independence said, all of the people should have the right of freedom, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Therefore, government has the responsibility to create such a social environment for every person to achieve one’s dream. This, virtually, is an interaction effect, because with the support and endeavor of your people, the leader can work out his long-run policy efficiently. On the other hand, if an official always go against his people’s will, undoubtedly, people will constrain his own plan counterproductively. For example, in the 1930s, when Americans were suffering from the Great Depression, President Roosevelt worked out New Deal to cope with. One of his policies was to tighten credit. But the economic situation in 1937 was not so good. Financial crisis appeared to recur. When people began to complain about the credit squeeze, President chose to loosen credit. This small modulation won him the popular supports. This case unquestionably tells us that sometimes, listening to the public and making a compromise can be a good choice.




Moreover, leader’s own unique thoughts make him or her to be an outstanding person. From the long-term run, leader should seize the right direction towards success. This perseverance should be maintained, even all the way, there were some compromises. Just as the case I mention above, even President Roosevelt did a change in the federal spending, his general policies of New Deal did not change with it. He stood in the position of the overall situation, balancing the budget all the way. According to the advice of the public, some specific plans might change, such as the issues of credit, the unemployment and education. But in president’s mind, making an economic reform was always the primary goal. Thanks to his flexible adaptation as well as the firm targets, the U.S. eventually came through the Great Depression by the help of New Deal.




To sum up, compromises or persistence depend on different situations actually. Government officials should adopt a mobile and flexible mind to retreat this issue. Neither should they like Hitler that went his own way obstinately, nor need they not to blindly follow the will of the people so that at last, the government will lose credibility.
