Problem with Name when register G test

Hi, there,

    I have a problem with "Name" when I register the G test on www.mba.com, for example, I input the following Name according to the requirements:

    First Name(Given Name): UCLA

    Last Name(Family Name): LEE

It shows my full name is "UCLA LEE", and ask me to confirm,

but the full name on my ID and Passport is "LEE UCLA", so which one should I use???  I tend to confirm "UCLA LEE", because this name I typed according to their requirements, but it donesn't match the name on my ID and passport, pls help me, thanks a lot!!!!

I know this is a stupid question, but this is a key question, 'coz this name will be used in the whole process of application, so pls pls tell me how u fill in it, thanks!!!

The registration showed your name as UCLA LEE because it always shows first name first and last name last.

On the contrary, your passport always displays your last name first. Either way, ETS/Visa Office will be able to find out that they are actually the same name.
