自己再补充一点：根据OG第127题的解释，Some changes Clark attributes to the particular way management and labor unions negotiated the introduction of the technology, whereas others are seen as arising from the capabilities and nature of the technology itself. 这句话应该表达的是Clark's contention that these changes even influenced negotiations between management and labor union.

可是我看原文的意思好像是attributes some changes to the particular way management and labor unions negotiated the introduction of the technology, 因果关系应该正好相反吧？

抠了一晚上，终于好像明白点了，自己解答下吧。这段主要讲constructivists如何misrepresent technological determinism的。“The constructivists gain acceptance by misrepresenting technological determinism:”这是主题句。后面都是解释说明。是说constructivists认为technological determinists 的观点是什么。
