我觉得 应该是【仅包含一个有限非零数位】...  则p/q中 q值不定是不可以的。。。于是A排除。  当q=8可行

如果是那句话是第二种解释的话，B也不对啊，因为如果p=16，那么结果是2。问题中我举了另外一个结果是10.125，所以两种结果都可能。因此选项(2)也推不出结果。
