请问版上有从国内过去后直接工作的前辈么？
希望得到些经验，提前谢谢啦～

有什么办法能直接过去工作呢？

2. J1 => J1 waiver => H1B (O) => GC;
3. H1B => GC;
4. F1 => H1B (O) => GC;
5. B2 => J1 or F1;
6. Investment
7. get Canada GC/ citizenship first => work in US;
8. B2 => illegal stay => marry to US citizen => GC

Thru networking.  My co-worker worked in our subsidiary in Shanghai and got transferred directly to U.S.  The company sponsored H1 and then Green Card for him.  My company even paid relocation for him to move his family to U.S.  He still travels a lot to China since most of his clients are still in China.

May I ask what type of work is co-worker working that makes him so critical that he has to work in US?  From your info, it looks like he is not working on anything that must be perfomed in US.
