1,一月份通常情况下考的人是不是要比其他月份略微少?
2,如果一月中旬考,学校deadline又是2月1,赶趟吗?
3,本月机经最多的时候是月底大约几号,23号考试合适吗?换题呢?
4,上午考和下午考状态会差很多吗?(虽然因人而异)

1. Not sure.  I won't worry too much about it though.  Just do your best!

2. Some schools allow you to self-report your scores and then submit the official report after their deadlines.  Please check with the schools that you're applying for.

3. Should be fine.  It starts updating towards end of the month.  It's hard to pin down a specific date.

4. You're exactly right.  Try taking a practice exam in the morning and then try one in the afternoon.  Shouldn't be too hard to figure that out.
