请教关于OG12的那篇关于“科技决定论”和“社会构建论”的文章

文章开始说Clark认为科技决定了社会和企业的组织架构，Brverman认为是利益相关者的多方博弈决定了科技的发展。然后，第三段却说：The constructivists gain acceptance by misrepresenting technological determinism:
technological determinists are supposed to believe,for example, that machinery imposes appropriate forms of order on society. The alternative to constructivism, in other words, is to view technology as existing outside society, capable of directly influencing skills and work organization.（社会构建论者扭曲了科技决定论：科技决定论者应该认为机器对社会秩序有构建作用。也就是说：科技独立于社会之外，直接影响工人的技术和公司的架构。）如果是这样的话，不就变成社会构建论者同意科技决定论了么？
