help. about interview

I got an interview-invitation. but my spoken english is not so good. could someone kindly give me some advice about interview? which kind of interview is better for me: on-campus or phone? if I choose phone interview, will it negatively influence adCom's decision?

If your spoken English is not good, I would suggest you choose on campus interview. Generally, the phone interview needs you to speak English very well cause spoken English is the only way you can communicate with your interviewer.

For interview tips, do some search in this forum, there are lot of threads talk about this issue.
