答案是D嗎？ -810000開完根號是-900, 每一位數要4 bits,三個位數要12bits,負號要1bit, 所以是13bits. 應該到數學板塊討論的。

跟号下810,000 就是 900, 那每个数字要4bits, 就是12bits, 再加上减号就是13
