说是Invitation to help GMAC evaluate a new product做个调查问卷
然后
We understand your time is valuable. If you complete the survey we will enter your name into the GMAC ESR Survey Drawing for one of ten US$100 cash prizes. Terms and restrictions apply; please read the Official Rules for more details.

是不是只要做了就有奖金？它要怎么给你呀
大家有没有遇到这种情况？
