Please kindly advise how to answer the below questions for the Judge MBA question , appreciate your assistance.

1.Describe how you have you set direction, influenced decision making, and/or made an impact in yourcurrent role.(for MBA applicants only)Please do not use paragraphs in youranswers as this can affect the formatting of your completed application.  

What kind of information should be filled??? does that mean that i should specify why i choose the job? how do i make this decision.

2. In addition , for the working experience part , " activity" ?  what kind of info should be filled?  I am kind of can not get it well.
