B答案怎么排除啊？根据文章意思，平均每人的收入在增长，则平均每人消耗肉的量在增加，但是如果国家总人口数量出现了下降，那么总的肉的消耗数量不一定会增长，那么就不需要进口肉或者谷物，也就削弱了结论，文中使用per capita，结论又是与总量有关，这里面其实就隐含了一个假设，那就是人口基数未变，不是吗？

假如真要排除B，文章应该别提per capita，这样就不会产生歧异了，请各位NN指点，不胜感激！

假设取非之后，就必错，但B取非不是必错的。因为可能人口上升，那结论还是对的。所以排除B
