OPT 期间找不到工作 可否自办公司?

由于 OPT 有90天的限制，必须拿到工作OFFER。距今还没有任何工作。友人出主意，自己成立公司.

请教各位有没有类似经验？有任何建议？

if you have money to pay yourself over $3000 per month and have few employees, yes of course, you can apply for h1 b for yourself. If you hire more people and have reasonable revenues, talk to your lawyer to apply for an investor visa, which is far better than h1b.

I don't think he has to pay himself and hire other employees except himself. He can be "self-employed" to maintain legal status during OPT.
