SAI：Applications for the 2009 competitive selection procedure will be open from 1st September 2008

HEC

Selection

Candidates are required to take either of the following tests*:

• GMAT (GMAT is a registered trademark and is the property of the Graduate Management Council Admission Council).
  Your original GMAT score must be received by the SAI no later than March 25th, 2008. The SAI will not accept any score after this deadline

• TAGE-MAGE, (test for managerial aptitude in French)
  Applicants taking this test will be required to present either TOEIC or TOEFL or IELTS tests or a certificate of language.

* Please note that around 70 % of HEC’s students hold a GMAT.

Pre-selected candidates will be invited to a 30 minutes interview, in French or English, according to the choice of the candidate.
The jury will evaluate the student’s motivation for a management career and his/her reason for choosing to study in France.
The test and interview will be held in one of the examination centres in over 50 centres worldwide, depending on where the applicants live.

Language requirements

Speaking French when applying is not compulsory. Students are nevertheless expected to speak French for MSc in Management II specializations as well as internships in France.
All non-francophone students will be required to take French classes during their first year at HEC.
Candidates must be proficient in English.

ESCP-EAP

·                     You have a non french degree after at least 3 years of university studies outside France:

·                     SAI Admission Test to study 2 years in ESCP-EAP Master programme

SAI Admission Test

.·   100 places are open to applicants who have successfully completed an undergraduate degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) and gained upon successful completion of at least three years of university education outside France

·   Applicants may fill an application in the same year that they obtain their degree

·   For specific degree courses (engineering or medicine) of at least a 5 years-duration, a special dispensation can be granted for students who can demonstrate successful completion of 3 years of studies

·   Applicants are accepted regardless of nationality

Requirements:

·   The applicant must sit the SAI Admission Test administred by the SAI, the International Admissions Office of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry

·   The applicant must be less than 30 years old when taking the SAI Admission Test

This admission procedure is for applicants with a non-French degree (Bachelor's degree…) obtained upon successful completion of at least three years of university education with a minimum of two years spent outside France.
       

Applicants with both a non-French degree obtained outside France and a French degree must choose between the admission procedure reserved for applicants holding a foreign degree and the admission procedure for applicants with a French degree.

The selection tests will be managed by the SAI - International

Candidates must provide the following documents in order to be selected for the Grand Ecole programme:
      

• The EDHEC application form (to be completed)

• Student records containing the grades ratifying the number of years spent in higher education (a certified translation must be included if the documents are not  written in French or in English)

• Certified copies of  diploma(s) (a certified translation must be included if the documents are not written in French or in English)

• GMAT score certificates (programme code 3QQ-WQ-36)
  Minimum score 550.
  
  A TAGE MAGE score replaces the GMAT score for students wishing to follow the French track. Minimum score 380

• TOEFL or TOEIC or IELTS scores  (for both English and French Track applicants) TOEFL: 100, TOEIC: 900 or IELTS: 6.5 minimum

• A motivation essay  (Statement of Intent / Personal Statement)

• An official residence certificate from the applicant's country of residence.
  A copy of applicant's passport is acceptable.

Master in Management

Those applying for registration on the programme must:

·  hold a non-French higher education diploma in any discipline

·  be under 28 years old

·  have obtained this diploma after a minimum of three years’ higher education studies outside France (Bachelor or equivalent)

·  have a perfect command of English or of French

Admissions procedures

The first step for all candidates applying for the international entrance examination is to complete an application file whatever the track chosen (French or English). Only after the Audencia Nantes Commission of Qualification Equivalence has considered the eligibility of the applications will the candidates be individually contacted to take oral tests.

Preparation for the TAME test (French option only)
In order to assist candidates in their preparation for TAME, Audencia and Espace Etudes Editions propose "le livret du TAME" that consists of three complete tests with corrections for 11 euros (including postage and packing).
Orders should be sent by post to Audencia complete with a cheque payable to Audencia. Orders will be dispatched by the school on receipt of payment.

Admissions decisions are taken by Audencia’s own jury after examination of the candidate’s application and test results.

Universa

Application to the 2009 intake available on October the 1st

Universa is a consortium of seven French Management Grandes Ecoles, namely BEM-Bordeaux Management School, Euromed Marseille Ecole de Management, ICN Graduate  Business School, Reims  Management School, Rouen School of Management, Toulouse  Business   School and ESCEM Tours Poitiers. This consortium employs a common selection procedure to recruit international candidates: a single application followed by communal examinations organised throughout the world. The Universa selection procedure leads to a Master of Science in Management degree from one of the seven partner schools (two years of study in the Grande Ecole programme).
