请问我这样的状态是不是被录取了

Decision	You have been recommended for admission; however, an official offer of admission cannot be made until you certify that you have sufficient funds to attend Binghamton University. While you will be receiving a letter from the Graduate School explaining the details (sent to your current address), you can get more information, including the International Student Funding Statement at the following URL: http://gradschool.binghamton.edu/ps/apps. If you will be receiving funding, that funding can be applied to your total funds. A decision on your funding may appear below.

跟学校联系下吧...你是申请的时候就寄了能COVER他家学费+生活费的财产证明吗?!跟他家确认下就可以了吧...

具体的,问问Binghamton其他被录取的同学吧.
