我已经查过og48讨论，但我和大家的问题不同，没有找到答案。文章的信息题都对，但主题题却错了，以至怀疑我究竟对整体是否掌握！！！！！很郁闷！特请教各位斑竹。

我曾在B和D之间犹豫过，认为D正确是因为看到“exapmles..homeostasis..”但认为D错是“various organism”，我认当文章谈到organism没有突出“various”而是大部分再说“kiney”funcitons differently. 且不确定mach B选项中的summerize和 findings让人很不舒服, 但觉得还算概括，是不是作内容性主题题好一点呢？

正确选项B中的“approach”怎样理解呢？而全文的确比较了两种理论啊？！这篇文章的套路是特别套路里评述某人观点还是结论解释型呢？
