答案是e，我选的是c.不知道原因

c 说人均肉的消耗量与收入水平差不多，那题目中所说，人均收入增加不就会导致肉的消耗量增加吗，所以要进口肉，再由肉和谷物的关系，可以推出谷物也增加了。

如果没有这个条件的话，那么人均收入即使增加也不能说明人们对肉的消耗就会增加阿？

谷总产量(不变)=肉 (↑)+谷 (?)   如果谷的需求↓, 那么可以平衡, G国仍可以self-sufficient, 结论就不对. 所以E完成了这个assumption, 因为谷的需求≥原来的需求  供不应求,所以必须要进口.
