First floor, if you want I-banking jobs, go for Toronto; if you want consulting, go for Ivey.
Second floor, it depends on your future plan. If you really want a N.A. job, better go to US if you are a non-resident in either US or Canada. Therefore, Michigan might be a better choice. If you are a Canadian resident, go for Toronto.
