E为什么不对？og的解释是it is consistent with the passage that countries with the largest trade deficits sometimes have similarly large budget deficits.这当然consistent 了，可是这个infer的题目不就是找与题目consistent的答案么？再就是never have similarly居然是sometimes have similarly的意思了？糟糕了，我的英语这么差啊？

文章的意思就是NATIONAL BUDGET 和TRADE DEFICIT没有太多的必然关系，C就对了

(C) Reducing a country’s national budget deficit will not necessarily result in a lowering of any trade deficit that country may have.

降低NATIONAL BUDGET不必然得导致降低TRADE DEFICIT.

(E) Countries with the largest trade deficits never have similarly large national budget deficits

看不出文章哪里有推出这样的逻辑. 文章只否定了这两者的必然联系，并没有说两者不能同时高或低。
