146. Firms adopting “profit-related-pay” (PRP) contracts pay wages at levels that vary with the firm’s profits. In the metalworking industry last year, firms with PRP contracts in place showed productivity per worker on average 13 percent higher than that of their competitors who used more traditional contracts.

求助各位NN,该题我是觉得正确选项D也不太对啦,因为the competitors which use tradition contract也可以用modernized production equipment,并没有说他们不用,所以我觉得D也不太对呀...
相反我觉得E选项倒还挺正确,它给出了导致该结果的其它解释~
请NN们给予指点~

其中，原文提到PRP的意思就是（公司利润与个人工资挂钩），所以生产力提高--->?利润提高---->?工资提高
因果不能倒置,所以E错

不是PRP contracts 提高 worker productivity,答案应该是其他的原因造成这个结果.这是我读完题目的感觉
E加强了结论,PRP比traditional好

背景

前提:metal公司的員工成産率比使用traditional的高
結論:　問題裏面告訴你了,　PRP increases worker productivity.

A).ＰＲＰ在metal公司以外的行業也存在,就是說明prp存在,無關
B).講的是cost問題,与結論討論的worker productivity無關 (也許有人問,cost低了,公司利潤高了,分的錢多了那麽就是一種他因削弱,注意看選項,make up的是an increased　total cost,　相當于Profit=Sale-(PRP Cost+unit output Cost), 一個加一個減,total cost 不變,也滅有起到削弱作用)　
C). 其實也是無關選項 (自己欠缺考慮,還的是這個,其實細想講的也是無關內容,選項說的是negotiation問題)
D).對的,他因削弱,per work productivity提高是因爲高效率的機器替換,而且很多prp的公司都換了,確保了數據的正確性
E).有人認爲是他因削弱,提供了,但是 high worker produtivity with PRP contract--->high weges, (A--->B)　現在說B--->A, 充分必要條件倒置了(原命題与逆命題),　如果你說B-->非A,那就是一种削弱的類型了.eg.　天下雨--->地濕了,　妳不能削弱說　地濕了--->天下雨.　　　如果你說　地上剛撒過水　那就是他因削弱了

两个时间同时发生或者前后发生就被认为有因果关系，D的话就是给出它因吧

这道题的解题重点应该是放在“it is argued that PRP contracts increase worker productivity” 而不是比较两个contract的difference上....比较tricky
