G720，T107，3年工作经验，跪求各位大神指导！求学校定位！

楼主今天上午刚二战G，只有720，坦白说低于个人预期。心里很纠结但是也确实觉得再考一次很折腾。对于选校也很迷茫，求大家不吝赐教。
背景：211 985 英语本科、硕士毕业，3年海外工作经验。
G：720， T悲催的还没考，上次是107，gdp没算过，本科应该不错，研究生估计一般。
补充下工作：海外：新加坡+马尼拉，职位：executive secretary。我觉得自己的工作偏向行政类，不知道会不会是申请MBA的短板。
我本来打算申请rice或emory，但是现在看这个分数不行啊。楼主对于东西部还是大中小城市都不太在乎。
对于奖学金，其实楼主也很在乎，但是如果好学校录取了我，没有我也无所谓。反正钱可以再挣，对吧
貌似自己描述的没有啥条理性，原谅我暂时有点小悲痛啊。
请大家多提建议，帮选目标学校！

First of all, I don’t think you need to retake the GMAT. It’s true that a high GMAT is very helpful. But really once you pass the 720, you are pretty good. And from there on what matters more is the rest of your profile - the essays and recommendations and application form and resume and interview.
And I don’t think you need to retake the TOEFL. Only the Top 3 schools really look for scores above 105.

And I think that if your work experience is interesting, Rice and Emory should be pretty open for you. You might even be able to get into better schools with a great application.

Thanks a lot!
My work seems interesting to most people, while i am the one who actually work on it, honestly, i doubt. next i have to polish my resume and focus on essay, thinking hard how to describel my weakness into strength~

海外工作两年以上，今年开始有些学校可以抵免托福，可以查一下。

LZ生涯动机不明确，不晓得why MBA跟career goals,自然考不高
要从兴趣、性格特性、专业能力等三个面向来找，然后真实定义出毕业后的长短期生涯方向
等找出动力了，三个申请人里有两个分数会暴冲的
另外因为生涯动机不明，不知道长短期目标与目前的gap具体是什么，到底欠缺了哪些具体技能
所以无法选校
要知道学校因为周遭产业就业及同质竞争的关系，无所不用其极想要产生差异化
所以乍看各间都很像，但事实上仔细看，每间都差十万八千里
Rice强项在能源，有三分之一毕业就业都往能源产业
Emory的商学院是可口可乐前董事长Goizueta赞助的，强项在品牌、咨询、金融各三分之一
两间学校天差地远
只有当自我了解明确了以后，才有办法选择这个只念一次的学位
不然小弟曾经遇过前十名校MBA双主修，毕业后居然回到同公司同职位上班的
那就万念俱灰了

我惊呆了~~我虽然知道rice的强项在能源，但是我真不知道Emory的强项。因为我看学校，基本都是看排名，从来没有像你这样考虑过，羞愧中
谢谢你，我突然觉得我不能单纯混学历了，要好好做调查，结合自己的兴趣性格能力，搞清自己的目标和方位了~
托福的事情，我回头再看看具体学校的要求~
