急求翻译陈向东数学第169页例4

英语水平有限呀，求nn们帮忙翻译一道题的题目...pdf的第174页，下脚标第169页“投资问题”例4：

Mr. Richard plans to invest $ 20,000 in an account paying 6% interest annually. How much more must be invest at the same time at 3% so that his total annual income during the first year is 4% of his total initial investment?
A. $32,000 B. $36,000 C. $40,000 D. $47,000 E. $49,000

答案是C.
20,000*0.06+0.03x = (20,000+x)*0.04 即x＝40,000

我主要不理解“How much more must be invest at the same time at 3%” 中 “at 3%” 是什么意思。急求大神把题目全部翻译一下... T T 提前谢过了！

类似浓度问题，一笔钱20000,6%的利息，加上另一笔钱x,3%的利息；两者混合得到一笔钱20000+x，4%的利息
