补全题目：农村娃，985经济学本科，一年半银行分行工作，一年半做生意，已考上母校mba，从小就有出国梦，求看求指导！

本人西北地区211 985高校本科经济学专业，毕业已三年马上，一年半银行分行机关工作经验，一年半（到目前为止）创业经验，公司现在基本上轨道，目前已被母校MBA录取，读完就应该在29岁，到时公司的规模和收入支撑国外mba各项开支已没任何问题，个人成熟度也应该还行，现在想问的是：以我目前的情况，我在这几年内应该做哪些方面的准备，怎样积累才能很好的满足各项申请要素，能让我上上比较好的商学院，望各位大神告知一二，拜谢！

上面是最早发的沉了现在追加一些：说是有了mba学历后，外面的学校基本就是不要了，为了这个我考虑可以读一两年辍学，反正国外我是想去。谁能告诉我，像我这种情况的，哪些方面比较突出可以引人注目，哪些方面再打造打造？

绝对是浪费时间

或者放弃出国吧好好过日子也是不错的

MBA只能读一次。。一般有了MBA的学历。。就不能再选择另外的学校再读MBA了。。个人觉得国外MBA比在国内读收获要大的多。

Many schools...no, actually MOST schools (especially the top programs) discourage 2nd MBA applicants. Not saying it's completely impossible, but it's a long shot. On top of that, your 3-year WE is relatively short compared to the 5-year average for most top programs. Your entrepreneurship experience is good but not exclusive enough to impress admissions, as lots of the applicants to the top programs have their "very successful" start-up stories.

If you really wanna go oversea to obtain MBA, you should drop out of the current program, and keep doing your start-up business for at least one more year before considering any top programs in the states.

没问题，记得看过耶鲁还是沃顿的入学要求，就是你就是有mba也可以去念的。你去这两官网看眼吧。我前几天才看的，肯定没错。

Thank you for ur opinion and sorry for so late responding. I would like to take more time to expand my experience and the more time I spend that my company will much better. I plan to take my current program for maybe 1 or 2 years just for experiencing . I can drop out in the middle of it, is this okay for the future apply? My undergraduate GPA is not good, actually very bad, is this A BIG disadvantage for my application? How important r recommendations? Which kind of recommendations or Whose recommendations are useful for my application? 政府官员？银行行长？大学院长？教授？ Please tell me ，3q！！

Don't be worried about the tittle of your recommender, schools don't really care too much about it, as long as you have a direct work relationship with him/her. A recommendation from your direct supervisor is weighted more than that from some big-name person.

In terms of GPA, if lower than 3.2, you should definitely score higher in GMAT (740+).

If you can't drop out of the current program, then you need to tell the school what you expect from the next MBA that is different from the one you are already taking. The good news is, many schools do consider 2nd-MBA applicants if the 1st one was taken out of the country.
