A.correct.把the first woman to draw a soldier's pension,放在主谓之间，用逗号隔开，成分作为插入语，剩下的两个从句跟主句平行。（and连接的从句前几句都可以省略连词and，最后一句写上）
B.while being表示被discharged是与was discharged的时间相同
C.discharged需要被动语态，自己不可将自己解雇，being too ill表示与前文的受伤和was discharged有直接因果关系，或者时间一致
D.injured需要用被动，自己不可将自己伤害
E.用having been表示was injured与参军和解雇有直接因果关系或者同时发生，并且对现在仍有影响。and前后的不平行。being问题同C

d 表意不对，injured句意不能用主动
ce being修饰不当，可引发歧义
