Often patients with ankle fractures that are stable, and thus do not require surgery, are given follow-up x-rays because their orthopedists are concerned about possibly having misjudged the stability of the fracture. When a number of follow-up x-rays were reviewed, however,all the fractures that had initially been judged stable were found to have healed correctly. Therefore, it is a waste of money to order followe-up x-rays of ankle fractures initially judged stable.

我的理解是：

踝关节骨折的病人的病情往往是稳定的，不需要手术，他们会被要求来做X光，因为他们的医生关心会错误判断骨折的稳定性。在X光片被复审的时候，这些一开始被认为是稳定性的骨折已经痊愈了。因此，对于一开始被认为是稳定性的骨折来说，X光就是浪费金钱。

正确答案：X-ray of patients of many different orthopedists working in several hospital were reviewed.

前提：x-ray rewiewed——但骨折最初稳定——痊愈
结论：X-ray浪费money
core：骨折稳定 X-ray

选项说病人的x-ray 在很多医院的 orthopedists 都被review了那么加强了 x-ray rewiewed

在加强题目时需要明确选项的特点：这个属于因果性正确答案是有因有果有果有因因果不颠倒因果不割裂四种这个选项是加强原因就是说确实是很多医院都review x-ray (这是按照lawer的逻辑方法)
