Another may lead by listening. Another may lead through asking for others’ input. Everyone has their own leadership style. Some may be very outgoing—some may be introverted. ALL can be great leaders. So the question is…what is YOUR unique style? That’s the question. Everyone leads differently—and some leaders are more effective in some situations than in others.
