There has been a controversy on whether or not it is good to write a complaining letter when a person get some product or poor services. Some people think that writing a letter is enough to handle the problem. On the contrary, others deem that go to the company or mall to argue face to face is better. As far as I am concerned, I prefer the former for the following reasons.

To begin with, writing a letter is more effective and efficient. In the increasing competitive market, the companies, or suppliers are paying more and more attention to the relationship between themselves and their customers. Therefore, there are special departments in most of the companies to handle the complaining letters or calls timely and politely. If 10 minutes' writing is enough to handle this problem, it is not wise to take an hour or more to go to the company to argue face to face.

Next, going to argue is an unpleasant process. It might lead to undesirable argue, or even body touching. One of the two parties might lose control. Anyway, human beings are basically creatures. For example, I have experienced countless such situations. Although both of the parties finally admitted that they did not mean that, the unpleasant thing happened. However, writing letters can effectively avoid such situations.

Admittedly, dissenters might argue that writing letters cannot explain the complex situations and prefer going to the companies. Obviously, they failed to realize that writing letters can solve most of the problems.

To sum up, I strongly support that writing a letter if I get a product or poor service. In fact, it is never too late to go to the companies to complain face to face if writing a letter is not effective.

但是大概就是这样写的。有几个词不太一样，尤其是那个get product。好像当时人比较兴奋，推敲了几个词。自己没有把握的，就抄了原文。写完后，破天荒的有6分钟。我当时想，是在2，3段再加例子，并进一步论证，还是检查？考虑到练习时贴到WORD一般都有8个以上的答应错误，我选择了后者。果然检查出来4,5个错误。

练习的时候一般330以上，第一个理由一般喜欢写2各分论点。考试时把写不完，不敢展开。记得on the one hand 都写了，检查时发现后面没有on the other hand了，呵呵。在犹豫检查还是加写on the other hand时，选择了前者。

自己事后总结，考试时要写330-350，还要3min检查，练习时要提前3min写350-380。无他，多举例子。

两周后我打电话问，看有多少分，再告诉大家
