这是一篇一位在读的MBA 学生写的读书心得：

1. My first area of business school that I have loved has been the opportunity to grow my network. Being an MBA student has provided me with plenty of opportunities to expand my network. Aside from meeting other students, I have had the chance to connect with faculty, business professionals in the community, alumni, and many recruiters that visit campus. Some of these interactions are setup through the school, others are driven completely by the student. Regardless of how they take place, I always find them to be very beneficial.
MBA学习期间可以提供很多机会来扩大你的人脉。你可以认识你的同学，老师，校友。这些人脉可能会对你的工作有帮助。

2. Another area of focus that has been great since returning to school is that of leadership development. Business schools seem to be focusing more and more on leadership development in place of tactical performance and tools. Leadership development is frequently taught in the classroom by professors, but also frequently presented to students by current c-level executives.

3. The goal of almost every MBA student is to secure a job that allows them to continue to grow and develop by managing people, processes, businesses, and projects. The benefit of being a full-time MBA student is that you can switch your career path if desired.
现在的MBA 很注重领导力的培养。这对于以后的工作也是非常有帮助的。

4. I have benefited from many wonderful professors, business professionals, and alumni that have assisted me in making my career decisions during my time at school. Everyone is willing to share insights and thoughts regarding various industries.

5. Another aspect of business school that I have loved is the chance to meet and learn from high-level executives from large corporations. CEOs, CMOs, COOs and CTOs frequently visit business schools to talk about current and future business challenges in today’s global economy.
很多时候上课老师会请资深的公司总裁级人物来学校做讲话。这也是个很好的了解实际商业活动，括大人脉的机会。
