即UG增加

逻辑链：如果GG增加，则UG增加。

This is a must be true problem.
The correct answer must be supported by the information from the stimulus.
From a perspective of Set Theory, the stimulus tells us some athletic gymnasts are unmotivated and some unmotivated gymnasts are athletic.
In other words, these two sets are overlapped but do not inclusively include each other.

A: too extreme. it means the unmotivated set includes the athletic set wholly.
B: Correct. the word "some" represent the relationship of the two sets accurately
C: the stimulus does not tell us the relative numerous relationship of the sets. Thus, we cannot make this conclusion.
D: Information about Other criteria is not provided. Thus, this conclusion is gratuitous.
E: the ratio indicate nothing if the scout's aim is to find people both athletic and motivated.
