请数学大牛帮忙解答一道考场上的数学题！

11月2号考的，其中一道题是机经中的276题，但是我花了大概7分钟也解不出来。算得很仔细，但是算出来range从9开始到14，答案从9.08开始到9.5，我按照SUM(smallest number*Frequency)/SUM(frequency)求得range开始多少，SUM(biggest number*Frequency)/SUM(frequency)求得range结束多少，但这样得话5个答案都被包括进去了。

请牛人指教这类题正确做法！（下面这个是举例，数字倒数第二行可能有差，回忆不准还请见谅！）

The table below shows the number of the classes
The number of classes Frequency
1<=n<=6                   2
7<=n<=9                   3
10<=n<=16          4
17<=n<=22          3

问what CANNOT the mean (the arithmetic average) of the number of the classes:
A. 9.08
B. 9.15
C. 9.35
D. 9.45
E. 9.58

对的而且机经上面教的方法根本做不出来卡了我5分钟果断放弃了

是的！我当时也以为机经上的数字回忆错了还是怎么回事，因为方法应该是这样的，但是弄来弄去都弄不出来。这题卡了巨久！
