It's difficult to say which is better that, the children to choose jobs that are familiar to their parents’ job or to choose jobs that Rae different with their parents’ jobs because the essential factor of one's choice is if this job is the child's favor field. And also there are various elements to evaluate the job's value. It is a fact that if children choose the job which is similar to their parents’, they are easily to catch on it and maybe succeed. According to a biology research, the biologists find that the parents' ability in some special field can trace to their children almost 50 percent possibly. Furthermore, children can get the direct and useful suggestions or directions if they do some things which are related with their parents' job. So most of parents always advise their children to choose the majors in university which they worked for. Personally speaking, my father recommended me to choose the geology as my major in university because he thought that maybe he can solve my problems in some places. However, I did not follow his wish and then selected literature which I am interested. In my opinion, the interests are the best teacher in our life and then I can do it better for my dream with pleasure, but not to repeat other's life. In my opinion, it must bring negative effects to human life if the jobs were generated exactly. If all the children choose jobs that are similar to their parents, they may easily lose their innovations and creativities because they are unwilling to devoted to this field; If there is no one who are creative, there will be no new inventions and other important revolutions such as industrialization revolution. If there are no new inventions and revolutions, our society may loss the chance to develop and our life will be uncomfortable because of unsolved problems. So I do not agree it is an ideal choice that children select their jobs according to their parents' jobs. Actually, people should make choice based on various factors such as interest disposition, and also our parents' suggestion. For it is a long and difficult route to reach success in our life, we have to stick on our favored choice so that be devoted to do it. At the same time it is better to evaluate ourselves for a suitable choice. Of course, we need other's help to implement our projection, especially our parents. If your interested job is accidently related with your parent's jobs, of course, you are luck enough. If not, do not disappointed or angry, and talk with your parents about your idea and then you will get the best answer which should you choose because they will help you to evaluate your choice completely. Sometimes, people are unwilling to introduce their children into the fields what they worked, such as Lina, a famous tenes ball sport in world. Because she know the difficulties of her job and she do not wish her children suffering these. But maybe her children are interested in tennis, no one knows. In sum, I still could not say which one is better about this question. However, no matter which one child chooses, the more suitable one is the better one. |
