刷OG时对Ved用法的一个困惑~求高人解答

这道题我明白正确答案的解释，也选对了，就是对B选项产生了点困惑
如果B选项去掉最后的and,仅仅就把was completed作为谓语使用，有没有两个ved同时修饰同一个主语这种用法呢？？
即construction of RC, officially known as.... （Ved<1>）,begun.....(Ved<2>), 谓语 这种结构，有这种用法么?

查了好多大神的笔记和资料。。木有解答我的疑问~~故发帖求助

对于一个名词的多个分句修饰，一般是
分句修饰1 + 名词 + 分句修饰2

基本上没有把两个分句同时放在前面和放在后面的，因为这样很容易造成ambiguity
