新人请教大家大三时间规划建议~~~~

大家好，我是这里新来的~ 潜水了几天感觉CD真的是个很好的论坛呢~ 喜欢一起努力的感觉现在有点困惑，想请教大家一下：
本人大三 HR专业 master也想申HR~~~（想英美同时申）考了一次雅思 7.5 但是作文不好，下学期还要考
打算寒假去学gmat, 也抓紧下学期考了（后悔大二犹豫要不要出国了555早考多好呀！）
实践方面前两年净参加学生组织了学生会、社团什么的实习不行只有暑假水的一枚~ 所以还要再弄一个实习
UIUC， UMN，MSU，rutgers 是不是都挺在乎实习的？绩点要是还不错可以弥补么？~~~对于翘课实习什么的我还是很怂啊> <

想问大家~~~大三下需要利用平时上课时间实习么？同时还要复习gmat，可以协调过来么？应该什么时候开始准备申请材料呢？

碎碎念太多了，不管有木有人回~祝申13的学长学姐都有好结果！~^^

Hello, my friend. I’m really glad to see that you have the self-awareness and maturity to evaluate yourself and plan early. Before make the plan, though, I’d suggest you to study yourself more. Try to identify your strengths and shortcomings. Then you will have a better understanding of how to allocate your time.

From you quick description, I think you need to look for internship opportunities in the HR field, since this is the career path your want to pursue. But don’t sacrifice your GPA to do that, because this is equally important for your application. The second thing you should focus on is your English proficiency. This will not only benefit your application, but also help you succeed in your future career. If you want to study in the States, take the TOEFL test.

Essay preparation should begin in the summer before your senior year, so make sure to balance this all out. Hope this helps, buddy, and feel free to ask more questions if you have them.
