afterward 和after 最主要区别是什么？这里seeming 对吗？我怎么觉得应该是seemingly?

afterward 是 adv.    adv.+N.   (wrong)

after 这里是 prep.     after 还 可以 是 adv. conj.     plus:look it up in dictionary, you will get it

seeming 错了吧？ 动词过去分次+ing?

GMAT里面见到seeming一定是错的，怎么TOEFL好象不同啊？

seem本身是一个v“看上去；好像；似乎”的意思

seeming是adj“外表上的，表面上的”

adj : having an often deceptive or delusive appearance on superficial examination *their wealth gave them a seeming security*

这里seem是动词，appear的意思，后面可以跟不定式，表示将要...。类似be动词用法。
