而B直接驳斥了结论，因为别的原因（雇了缺乏训练的新人）使结论（更安全）不成立。（正确选项）

而D既可以看成无关，也可以看成有点支持。但肯定没有驳斥。

194、我也有点模糊，等别人给解释吧。

195、翻译成中文的意思就是：联邦所得税的法律提出了一些修改，这些“修改”将取消捐赠的免税优惠（后面说这些捐赠是给谁的）。就是说以前那些捐赠是可以享受免税或者减免税的，现在取消了。
