OG11-7，帮忙解释下~~

我考古发现以前提问og11-7的题和我买的书上的og11-7题不一样~不知道为什么……

A company is considering changing its policy concerning daily working hours. Currently, ths company requires all employees to arrive at work at 8 a.m. The proposed policy would permit each employee to decide when to arrive-from as early as 6 a.m. to as late as 11 a.m.

The adoption of this policy would be most likely to decrease employees' productivity if the employees' job funnctions required them to ______.

A. work without interruption from other employees

不过我不明白A为什么不对。答案解释是说A working without interruption would be likely to mean improved productivity.  

我怎么看着不少improve是decrease啊？

题目中暗含的假设是这个工作不要求大家有太多的交流。要削弱这个措施的有效性，最好就是削弱这个假设吧……如果理解为他因削弱应该也可以的。

第一个选项说工作本质是所有员工不能相互打扰。那么能自由安排时间当然不会相互打扰了。或者说，这样的安排至少不会有损于工作效率！
