求教prep数学DS-P1-81，答案错了吧？

DS:
in the figure above, what is the ratio KM/MN.
(1) the perimeter of rectangle KLMN is 30 meters.
(2) the three small rectangle have the same dimensions.

图呢，就是一个大矩形KLMN，里面被分为“左上，右上，下”三部分，“左上”和“右上”是两个瘦高的矩形，“下”适宜的横躺的矩形。三个矩形貌似是全等的，虽然提干没说。
我描述得挺清楚了吧。。。

我不是脑残啊，我真心觉得答案错了。

虚心求教，我猜NN也有犯错的时候吧，比如这道题。

再来一道，PREP数学PS-P1-93：

In the figure above, a square is inscribed in a circle.
if the area of the square is 16, what is the area of the circular region?
图呢，就是一个正方形，外接一个圆，四个角和圆周相切的那种。

key: 6派

为什么我觉得是8派呢。。。

B中的same dimensions不是面积相等的意思，是尺寸相同。所以这个条件就充分啦。
