估计第二题是有两个问题的吧。只不过这里只有一个strength 题  此题是没有考虑Maurice的观点

谢谢ls可是还是有点不明白：正因为small proportion不能得出drasitically reduced所以才削弱了原文。E为什么不正确呢？

E的问题就在于是population的small proportion, 如果改成是The people who currently use the services of travel agents的small proportion就是削弱了,

因为如果找agents的人恰恰就是用Internet的这个"small proportion", 则明显是加强,

正是因为对population这个定义没有明确, 所以选择E即不加强也不削弱
