请问CUHK推荐人需要回答哪些问题？

CUHK在网上申请时，要有留下推荐人的邮箱，由推荐人在网上填写Form。

这点和HKUST类似，但是HKUST是公开问题模板的，而在CUHK中却没有找到需要推荐人回答哪些问题。

事先知道问题可以有助于推荐人的选择，请问有没有同学知道推荐人需要回答哪些问题？万分感谢。
