而且我看到which就把BCE排除了，句子的意思是效率提高通過增大供給降低價格促進demand，結果導致促進了消費。
這裡結果的意思很明顯，用present participle without comma最優。
which不能指代句子。

有个老师的说法是，it需要人想一下，指代是什么，但是B就不需要。所以B直接，更好。

A中，it只能指代efficiency，就是efficiency刺激需求，这个逻辑意思有点不妥吧，而且后面by increasing supply and lowering price,这个efficiency增加供给和降低价格是不是有点问题昂？

B不能因为是被动语态就排除了。事实上，很多时候被动比主动要好。特别是在主语不明确或者是anyone的情况下，被动语态明显好。这里的被动语态是的句子很简洁，避免了it指代efficiency语义上的不妥。which指代supply and price，有人说这种指代有歧义，我觉得which使用没问题~

这道GWD题是一道多年争议题目，网上答案A或B都很多说法。。。
LZ不要太纠结。。。

俺覺得it需不需要想不是太大的問題，關鍵還是meaning，就是logical and no ambiguous.
A項的意思很明顯的表達：增大供給，降低價格——鼓勵需求——促進消費
供給增大&價格降低鼓勵了demand，然後鼓勵需求immediate and essentially unavoidable result is to boost consumption.

當然，像ls所說which指代increasing supply and lowering prices，代入句子變成
increasing supply and lowering prices boost consumption，語法和意思上面理解也是可以的。
但是用非限定性定從引導的話就會使得boost consumption變成了non-essential modifier，就是成為句子的extra information。

個人認為，句子主要的意思是，效率減少hr，但促進了需求，結果刺激了消費。
把boost consumption變成extra information有失偏頗吧。

最後，同意ls所說，非官題適當捨弃吧
