看了OG关于B的解析:if many corporations already mail targeted advertising, and mail advertising is nonetheless yielding declining response rates, thay suggests that targeted mail is an ineffective way to increase response rates. 不是很明白是什么意思,求大佬分析一下

意思是与文中PREMISE:fewer consumers responding结合后得出targeted advertising无效吗?

想请教下答案D 为什么不对? 我理解定位于个人的邮件里面的广告材料的质量的提高可以提高回复率,相当于是原文逻辑链细节或子集的补充。求大神解答。
