我是这样想的。和楼上的差不多

题目是工人要罢工，除非老板加工资。 老板说要加工资就要卖掉subsidiries（分厂）。 我们假设什么条件成立， 才能有这个结论。

所以要工人不罢工才行。

不知道我说得清楚不？文章根本没有提到什么improved package.
